We Don’t Believe in the “We Provide All Services Approach”

Most of our competitors offer multiple property maintenance services and use the “anything you need we provide through our sister divisions” approach.

The reality is that this makes them more profit…potentially at your expense. There can be a strong profit incentive to recommend your own company to provide additional services even if another company’s services might be more price competitive. There is also the temptation to “let things slide or sweep them under the rug” for your sister division.

Dovan Management Group does not operate that way.

We believe that they only way to provide a consistently high level of service is to get competitive bids.

We’ve established performance and evaluation standards for all service providers, suppliers and vendors. We will be happy to show you our evaluation standards when we meet.

We have managed our growth so that we can maintain our service levels. We add one new complex at a time and once we are comfortable that we can service that property as expected, we seek other properties.
