No Nickel and Dime Charges - Some of our competitors have a laundry list of additional services that they can charge you for. Some examples: charging you for every copy they make or to mail their statements and reports to the board.
This is annoying for most boards and makes it very difficult to know exactly what the true fee the property management company is getting.
Dovan Management doesn't charge for single or non-bulk copies. Frankly it is just too much trouble to keep track of for the amount of revenue. We have a pretty flexible policy on this and will make copies without charge if the request is periodic and reasonable. If you want 100 copies every week, yes we will charge for that.
